What can be returned?

Because innerwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, returns and exchanges are accepted only when the product meets the eligibility conditions below.

Original PackagingProduct tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact.
Wrong ProductEligible if you received an incorrect size, style, or item.
Damaged DeliveryEligible if the product arrived damaged or defective.
