What can be returned?
Because innerwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, returns and exchanges are accepted only when the product meets the eligibility conditions below.

| Unused & Unworn | Product must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged. |
| Original Packaging | Product tags, labels, invoice, and packaging must be intact. |
| Wrong Product | Eligible if you received an incorrect size, style, or item. |
| Damaged Delivery | Eligible if the product arrived damaged or defective. |
